Anne you work to hard hun.The 12 is a sunday it'll be the day Roxi and i are getting back from Dillard House the group from the SC group is going there for the weekend to ride the dragon it should be a great weekend. I hope we can all find a date soon to get together to ride. Anne get those contacts girl it's hard to ride blind Donna let us know how things went. Ride hard Ride often Ride safe Later

I spent the last 10 days blind..riding the bike in the wind and my contact lens flew away, lol. Been fun riding the last week or so with one lens in and one out! Like looking underwater...had to order a new set, and of course my prescription was expired, so had to wait for an appt. I do have backup glasses in Ohio somewhere : )

I'll try to get away for a ride on the 12th..is that a Sunday I hope? Will still have to work the 14 hour Sat midnight shift first, but can't let the whole summer go by without meeting you all! I am off Mon and Tues nights (but not days) and Thurs dayshift (but have to work Thurs night.) I have a week off dayshifts in June so I'll meet you all sometime soon!! Ride safe, everyone!

Denise we had to wear boots that covered the ankles and those fit the bill.

out side to plant the rest of my flowers this morning while it's cool then off to ride

Roxi...I'm surprised the let that lady do the class with heels. The place I took the class you had to wear flat soled boots that covered your ankles. If you wore anything else, you couldn't ride.

HI EVERYONE!  I'VE BEEN PRACTICING FOR MY TEST WHICH IS TOM. JUNE 2 AND FRI. JUNE 3.  I TOOK ALOT OF PRIVATE CLASSES. I HAVE SOME PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF MY FUSION AND THE NEED FOR A KNEE REPLACEMENT REAL SOON. BUT FIRST I HOPE TO GET MY LICENSE AND RIDE THIS SUMMER, AND FIX MY KNEE IN THE WINTER. I DID PRETTY GOOD YEST. THE LOT WAS DESERTED AND I JUST TOOK OFF. IT FELT GREAT!

UNFORTUNATELY I ENDED THE CLASS WITH A FALL. DAMNED KNEE MAKES IT HARD TO GET UP. I AM BRINGING A PILLOW WITH ME TOMORROW. SO WISH ME LOTS OF LUCK PLEASE, I THINK THIS MAY BE MY LAST CHANCE. I WILL LET YOU ALL KNOW HOW IT TURNS OUT.

I'm open after that.  and NO I don't think it's safe for spike heels.  Shoot when I took the first rider ed class a lady wore dress boots the kind with with the 3" tall skinny heels.  She went flying over the handlebars and broke the fork after looking a a culvert. don't know that the boots were the cause but they couldn't have helped.     ..... YEA we had a great ride today.  supposed to be pretty tomorrow too.

Barbara when are you free after the 11th I'll be up on the dragon the 11th.

Want to get with you to ride but don't know when. After 6-12-11 I have no rides planned but i'm ready to go at a moment notice me and Roxi went up through Bat Cave Chimmney Rock Lake Lure today Hmmm... wonder where I'll go tomorrow.
